You can track your order in real-time from your account dashboard. Go to "My Orders" to see all your transactions and their current status: Pending (submitted, awaiting review), Under Review (being verified), Approved (verification passed, payment processing), Completed (payment sent), or Rejected (card invalid — reason provided). You will also receive email notifications for status changes.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password: 1) Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." 2) Enter your registered email address. 3) Check your email for a password reset link (also check spam/junk folder). 4) Click the link and create a new password. Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can sell?

What should I do if I entered the wrong card details?

Exchange rates are determined by several factors: brand popularity and demand, card denomination, market conditions, seasonality (rates spike during holidays and sales events), currency exchange rates, and verification risk. Why are exchange rates less than 100% of the card value?
Exchange rates are below 100% because: 1) The platform resells your card to buyers at a discount, so we must buy below face value. 2) Operational costs (verification, payment processing, customer support). 3) Fraud risk — a small percentage of cards turn out to be invalid. 4) Currency conversion costs for international payouts. Rates of 65-90% are standard across the industry.
Which gift cards have the highest exchange rates?
Amazon gift cards typically offer the highest rates (80-90%), followed by Apple/iTunes (78-88%), Google Play (75-85%), and Steam (72-85%). Do rates change after I submit my card?
No. The rate you see when you submit your card is locked in for your transaction. Even if market rates change during verification, your agreed rate stays the same. This rate-lock guarantee applies to all transactions submitted through our platform.

Security

How do you protect my gift card information?
We use multiple layers of security: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmission, AES-256 encryption for stored card data, automatic purging of card details after transaction completion, strict access controls (only authorized verification staff can view card data), and regular security audits. Your personal and card information is never shared with third parties.
What happens if my gift card is already redeemed or invalid?
If your card is found to be already redeemed, invalid, or has a different balance than stated, your order will be rejected. You will receive a notification explaining the reason. No payment is made for invalid cards. To avoid this, always verify your balance before submitting and ensure the card has not been previously redeemed.
Do you store my gift card codes after the transaction?
No. We automatically purge all gift card codes and sensitive card data from our systems within 48 hours after a transaction is completed (approved or rejected). For approved cards, codes are transferred to the buyer and removed from our platform. This data minimization policy protects both sellers and buyers.
